Under general direction, performs a variety of complex professional duties in providing information systems and technology support for the achievement of ProCreditBank objectives: administers, maintains operating stability and efficiency of the ATM Machines.

Përshkrimi

• Performs physical check of the ATM’s all over Kosovo.
• Responsible for maintenance and service of ATM’s.
• Responsible for solving all technical problems and to change the spare parts on the ATM machine.
• Responsible for the technical set up of new ATM’s.

Aftësitë

• IT Technical background
• 2+ year of experience with installation, maintenance and servicing IT Equipments
• Advanced  knowledge of TCP/IP services and troubleshooting tools
• Must possess the ability to learn and understand business processes and relationship of systems and applications used to accomplish those processes
• Proficient, analytical, decisive, troubleshooting skills
• Excellent human relations, communication and team skills
• Minimum 2 years working experience in IT Industry
• Punctual , flexible and reliable
• Driver License
