Our Bank offers its clients two e-banking platforms:

Platform 1.

ProCredit Bank e-banking provides you with a possibility to conduct your banking business 24 hours a day from the comfort of your homes or offices.

The internet banking system enables all clients to use the following services:

Account operations:

Execution of institutional payments between ProCredit Bank branches,
Execution of national payments with other banks in Kosovo, in EURO,
Execution of international payments for commercial transactions.

Account information:

Changes and account statement
Daily account statements
Revision of recent orders through e-banking
Revision of all orders made through our bank.

PROCREDIT ONLINE

What is “ProCredit ONLINE”

• “ProCredit ONLINE”  is a modern product that supports electronic banking activities for company owners that hold accounts at ProCredit Bank. This means that it can be used by all companies that hold have accounts open at ProCredit Bank Kosovo. 
• “ProCredit ONLINE” is a Smart Card based product thus ensuring the highest safety levels (PKI Technology, Smart Cards & digital Signatures) and is designed to offer ProCredit Bank clients efficient services and access to its banking products
• Electronic banking access “ProCredit ONLINE” provides safe access to your accounts at any time, proper fund management and time saving. The only thing you need is a computer with an internet connection, a “Smart Card” issued by the bank and the respective card reader. 

“ProCredit ONLINE” enables you to:

• Control your account statements,
• Submit national and international payment orders,
• Permanently archive payment orders for multi-purpose use,
• Utilize the multiple signature option for payment orders (signature of payment orders from more than one authorized user in the company account),
• Use various authorization levels for selected accounts,
• Print information from saved payments, transactions and other documents, etc.

• Electronic access to ProCredit Bank accounts is supported by the most modern and sophisticated data systems to protect your private data from any possible misuse. Similarly, the usage of “Smart Card” ensures the highest level of safety for your means.

How to apply?

• Each company holding an account at ProCredit Bank can apply for “ProCredit ONLINE”. All you need to do is visit one of our Business Centers and inquire on the conditions for utilization of “ProCredit ONLINE”.
• Other interested parties that do not hold accounts at ProCredit Bank can also apply for ProCredit  ONLINE, but are obliged to initially open an account at  ProCredit Bank.
