For ProCredit bank cards left in the ATM, bank representatives will inform you in the following days about the place and day when you can get the card. As for the cards of other banks, please come to the nearest branch or call the contact center at 049/555-555 or 038/555-555 for more information or write at the bank's official e-mail address kos.kujdesiperkliente@procredit-group.com.

IPIN is automatically generated on your mobile phone number. It is a 6-digit code (free of charge) that you must describe on the website once you have provided the required information (including the card number) and after you press the confirmation button to purchase on the “online store”. At ProCredit bank ATMs in Kosovo, clients can withdraw up to 2,000 Euros within 24 hours and in certain cases up to 10,000 Euros, using ProCredit Bank cards. You can increase ATM withdrawal limit up to 10,000 EUR with mobile banking app, download it here.

For customers who are active in using their cards, their cards are renewed automatically. As soon as the card is ready, the bank sends it by mail to your residential address which you have deposited in the bank. As for customers who have two debit cards at the same time, unfortunately the card is not renewed automatically.

Likewise, if the client's card has not been automatically renewed, the client can request a new card by applying through the web page or through the ebanking service.

We ask you to contact the Contact Center at 049/555-555 and 038/555-555, or via the official email kos.kujdesiperkliente@procredit-group.com, at the moment of receiving the notification via SMS from the bank about the expiry of the card for additional information.

ProCredit Bank offers the Debit MasterCard card, which has the same features as credit cards, which enables payments within the country and abroad as well as online purchases on several web pages.

 For setting a new PIN, the clients should visit any of our service points.

Customers can assign a new PIN through mobile banking, at the bank's ATMs or they can go to any of our service points.

No, this service is included in the monthly commission for all ProCredit Bank clients.

Sending cards through post mail is a service we provide for all our clients and from now on this is the only way to receive the bank card.

Card and PIN activation can be done only through Kosovo mobile operators.

There will be 5 attempts by post mail to deliver the card to your residential address. You can change the delivery address in the company's systems at https://nposta.com/kontakto/. In cases where within 5 attempts, the courier fails to deliver the shipment to you, then you should contact the post office directly on 080020400.

Once there have passed 60 days the bank will destroy the card, and for obtaining a new card you will have to apply for this service again.

You can make up to 5 transactions without entering a PIN. In the sixth payment, you must enter the PIN in the POS even if the payment is being made with or without contact.
