It suffices to have a ProCredit bank debit card and make at least one purchase at the ProCredit bank's point of sale and then you can make withdrawals at these points. The maximum amount of withdrawal is up to 200 Euros per day.

From 1 May 2018 access to the savings account will be available only through transfers. You can use the 24/7 Zones to deposit into the current account whereas you can transfer it to your savings account via e-banking.

Customers can deposit up to 40 banknotes at the ATM and can make deposits more than once during the day. If the client wants to deposit more than 9995 Euros within the day, the client is obliged to declare the source of the funds through the options displayed at the ATM. The deposit is usually reflected in the account within 20 minutes maximum, except for deposits after 20:00 which are reflected the next day from 07:00 in the morning.

Businesses with a daily turnover of more than EUR 10,000 can deposit their turnover at one of our daily turnover deposit safes (dropbox) at any time; this service requires a contract with the bank. Clients will be provided with a card allowing access to the deposit safes of their choice. Clients will receive special plastic deposit bags and the required deposit forms (“Collection Order” and “Funds Origin Statement Form”) and a daily deposit limit will be set. The minimum amount you can withdraw is 10 Euros. The usual daily withdrawal limit at a ProCredit Bank ATMs in Kosovo is € 2,000 whereas the weekly limit is € 5,000.
