Disputing card transactions

An application to dispute a transaction is submitted when you suspect that your card has been misused by a third party or when you are dissatisfied with a product or service which you have already paid for by card and for which you would like to be refunded.

If you wish to dispute one or more transactions, you need to fill in the respective online form which requests information related to your complaint. We recommend that you follow the guidelines provided for filling out the form in order to avoid any eventual errors.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, there are various deadlines defined by Mastercard and Visa based on which cases are reviewed.

Once you complete the online form, you will be notified via e-mail of the next steps in the process.

If you suspect your card has been misused, please make sure you, a family member, or any other person with whom you have voluntarily shared your card information did not use the card.
