Consent to the control of the Kosovo Credit Registry according to the applicable legal requirements.
I agree that ProCredit Bank JSC shall have unlimited access to personal and business credit exposure data in the Kosovo Credit Registry for the purposes of preliminary analysis of financing and creditor risk associated with all types of financing. Furthermore, I agree that ProCredit Bank JSC shall collect and submit credit information to the Kosovo Credit Registry. This consent shall be such as long as legal obligations regarding credit exposures remain open in ProC Bank JSC, including in cases of restructuring.
