Visar Paçarada has served as the Chief Executive Officer of ProCredit Bank Kosovo since July 2023 and a Member of the Management Board since 2019. Since joining the bank in 2007, he has played a key role in shaping its strategic direction, particularly in SME business development, credit risk management, and sustainable finance. His leadership has been crucial in driving the bank’s growth and strengthening its market position. 

Currently, he oversees SME, Retail, HR, Sustainability, and Information Security. As well, since 2023, he has served as Vice Chairman of the KBA Board. Mr. Paçarada holds a degree in International Business Management from the University of Westminster, London, and is a graduate of the ProCredit Management Academy in Germany.

Bejtë Cakaj has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ProCredit Bank Kosovo since July 2024 and a Member of the Management Board since May 2019. He joined ProCredit Bank in 2009, holding key management positions primarily in risk management and AML. Additionally, he gained valuable international experience at ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt, where he worked in the Risk Department, further enhancing his expertise in financial risk assessment and regulatory compliance. 

Currently, he oversees Credit Risk, Digital Channels and IT, Finance, Payments and Back Office, and Internal Services. He holds a degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, and is a graduate of the ProCredit Management Academy in Germany.

Edmond Jashari has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank Kosovo since June 2026. He is responsible for leading the Bank's Retail Banking Business. As a member of the Executive Management Team, he oversees the development and execution of the Bank's Retail strategy, with a focus on sustainable growth, customer experience, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Mr. Jashari has more than 20 years of leadership experience in banking and business management. Before joining ProCredit Bank, he spent over 18 years at TEB bank Kosovo, the BNP Paribas joint venture in Kosovo, where he held several senior leadership positions, most recently as Deputy Managing Director, leading Retail Banking and Digital Banking. Throughout his career, he has driven business growth, digital transformation, and customer-centric innovation.

Mr. Jashari holds an Executive MBA from the University of York and the University of Strasbourg, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Public Policy from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Kosovo.
