Consent for control in the Credit Registry of Kosovo according to the legal requirements in force.
I agree that ProCredit Bank S.A. has unlimited access to personal and business credit exposure data in the Credit Registry of Kosovo for the purpose of preliminary analysis for financing and assessment of reliability and credit risk related to the types of financing to which business and/or I have received a legal obligation to guarantee either as borrower, co-borrower, or as guarantor.  Furthermore, I agree that ProCredit Bank SH.A collects and submits credit information to the Credit Registry of Kosovo.  This consent will be valid as long as the legal obligations regarding credit exposures remain open in ProCredit Bank SH, including restructuring cases.
