Regardless of which banking package you choose, your Mastercard will automatically be sent to your address by mail – free of charge.

All ProCredit Bank cards are made from organic material.
They are delivered to clients by electric vehicle and are placed in an envelope made of recycled paper.
If your ProCredit Bank card gets stuck in an ATM, our representatives will contact you within the next few days and let you know when and where you can retrieve your card. As for cards from other banks, please visit your nearest branch or contact our Call Centre at 049/555-555 or 038/555-555 for more information or send an e-mail to the official bank address: kos.kujdesiperkliente@procredit-group.com.
Clients can set a new PIN using the mobile app or by visiting one of our Service Points.

The amount you can pay without entering your PIN is EUR 50 per transaction with a maximum of four transactions a day.
