How do I pay with Google Pay?
Advantages of Google Pay
Google Pay is a digital payment service that allows you to make payments using your mobile device. Google Wallet is the digital wallet app where you can store your payment cards securely for use with Google Pay.

Security and privacy are built into every aspect of Google Wallet to protect your card information. When you tap to pay with an Android phone, Google Wallet does not share your card number with merchants, keeping your payment information safe.

To start using Google Wallet, your device must have:
Note: Due to Apple restrictions, Google Pay currently does not work on iOS devices.
a). It checks the accuracy of card details (number, expiration, CVV).
b). If correct, a unique digital token is created to replace the actual card number, increasing security.
c). Confirm adding the card via an OTP sent to your registered phone number.
d). If activation through the app fails, you can activate your card by calling ProCredit Bank’s contact center at 049555555 or 038555555.
All MasterCard cards issued by ProCredit, including debit and credit cards for private and business clients, are supported in Google Wallet.
Note: Near Field Communication (NFC) must be turned on to make contactless payments. To enable NFC, check your phone's settings.
Google Wallet can be used at all POS terminals (including Soft POS) that support contactless payments, both domestically and internationally, and that accept MasterCard-branded cards.

Note: Authentication may also be required for amounts under 50 EUR, depending on Google’s evaluation of Android device usage.
Payments are carried out via NFC technology, so no internet connection is required.
After installing the mobile application, all cards must be digitized from the beginning and the same steps followed as the first time.
After entering Google Wallet, you need to select the menu in the top right corner, and then choose the option Remove payment method.

To verify successfully completed transactions, please check the Transaction History in the ProCredit mobile app.
In case of theft or loss of your phone, you should immediately inform the Bank by contacting the Contact Center at the number 038 555 555 or 049 555 555 so that the digitalized cards or even physical cards can be blocked. In case of loss or theft of the phone, you can request from the bank to block only the digitalized cards (tokens), while you can continue using the physical card.
In case of theft or loss of your card, you should block it through the mobile banking application or by contacting the Contact Center at the number 038 555 555 or 049 555 555, where the token can be disabled and the card removed from the Google Wallet Digital Wallet, and it can no longer be used for payments through the Google Wallet Digital Wallet. Unless you request the Bank to unblock the token, i.e., the digitalized card. On a new device, you can add an existing card or a new card if you have previously blocked the previous card.
