The integration of the ProCredit Bank Kosova e-Commerce service can be carried out by legal entities and entrepreneurs that are registered and operate as businesses in the Republic of Kosovo and that have a website or a mobile application as a digital channel to interact with their clientele.

The activation of the e-Commerce service must pass through the Bank’s procedural filters, whereby the client first completes the application, and once the relevant agreements have been signed, a test environment will be created for you until the Bank confirms that the merchant meets the standards required to be fully ready to offer the e-Commerce service to its clients.

For the implementation of the e-Commerce service, the Bank has ready-made plugins for OpenCart, Joomla, Drupal, C#, JavaScript and WooCommerce. These can serve as a basis for developers to integrate the service into other platforms as well.

The e-Commerce service offered by ProCredit Bank Kosova is developed and maintained in line with the international standards of Visa and Mastercard, strictly applying all card-payment and transaction security requirements, including, but not limited to, the 3-D Secure Standard.

Yes, absolutely. Throughout the entire implementation process you will be in contact with representatives of the Department of Digital Channels and Business Support as well as with the technical implementation team, who can be reached by e-mail, by telephone and via video calls through the MS Teams platform. 

Once the e-Commerce service has been successfully integrated into your website or mobile application, you will be given access to the e-Commerce Merchant Portal where you can monitor and manage all transactions on the e-Commerce terminal where, among other things, is included the option to process client refunds if necessary.

The development and implementation of the service is the responsibility of the applicant business. Integration must be carried out by the developers or by the company contracted to complete the project. However, during the implementation process, ProCredit Bank Kosova has a dedicated team to assist developers throughout this process.
