ProCredit offers several types of bank guarantees

  • Direct guarantees – These guarantees are delivered directly to the beneficiary by the applicant (the bank’s client).
  • Indirect guarantees – In this case, at the request of the bank’s client, another bank is instructed to forward the guarantee issued by ProCredit Bank to the beneficiary’s bank.
  • Unconfirmed guarantees – At the request of the bank’s client, ProCredit Bank instructs a third bank to only forward the guarantee to the beneficiary’s bank without confirming it.
  • Confirmed guarantees – At the request of the bank’s client, ProCredit Bank instructs a third bank to confirm and forward the guarantee to the beneficiary’s bank.
  • Local guarantees – These guarantees are delivered directly to the beneficiary within the country.
  • International guarantees – These guarantees apply to situations in which the beneficiary is located abroad.
