Card activation

ProCredit Bank will deliver your card straight to your door via regular mail.

The card you receive is made from organic material, delivered by an electric vehicle, and placed in an envelope made of recycled material.

Read below to learn how to activate your card and make secure purchases!

How will you receive the card?

  • The card will be delivered to the user personally only after their identification has been verified and a signature has been provided.
  • If the client is not present after five delivery attempts by the postal service, the card can be picked up at the post office nearest to your address.
  • The bank will send the card PIN to the user via SMS, but only to the mobile phone number provided by the client when registering with the bank. If you have had any address changes, please visit your nearest branch to update your client details.

How to activate your card

Whether you are a business or a private client, the activation process is the same!

  • Send a free SMS to number 50334 from the phone number registered with the bank.
  • Enter the last 4 digits of your new card.
  • Receive an SMS with your PIN, and your card will be activated.

How do you make secure purchases?

  • Do not allow your card to be photocopied or photographed.
  • Do not save your PIN on your computer or phone.
  • Do not reveal your card PIN to others. 

Loss or theft

If your card is lost, stolen, or if your PIN or card data has been compromised, please block it using the mobile application or report it immediately to our Contact Centre, which is available 24/7, at:

No, this service is free, and ProCredit Bank covers all postal costs.

Cards are sent to the address the client has registered with ProCredit Bank. If you have changed your address, you can update your details through the mobile application.

The only way to receive a bank Card is by mail.

Activation of the card and PIN can be done only through Kosovo mobile operators.

Five attempts will be made to deliver the card. We will also contact you through your mobile phone: you will receive the tracking number of the registered letter which can be used to track the location of your card through the post office’s portal. You can collect your card at the post office after coordinating with your letter carrier.
