ProCredit Bank has launched the new version of its mobile app

The new version of the mobile app is now available for all private clients. With a modern design and new features, this app makes your banking experience much easier and faster, all directly from your phone.

Fresh look, easier navigation!

The app has been updated with a new design that allows you to access your finances quickly and easily.

Now you can enjoy new features such as:

  • Easily send payment requests to others: initiate a request, the recipient receives a notification, and completes the transfer with just one click.

  • Biometric approval for transactions or PIN entry.

  • Instant notifications for all card transactions.

  • Apply for overdraft directly from the app.

  • Transfers between ProCredit accounts in under 10 seconds.

  • App personalization: customize the appearance and options according to your preference.

  • Change your password directly within the app.

Additionally, the new app serves as a second security method for login and transaction authorization in mobile banking and e-banking, replacing previous security methods such as SMS codes or the separate KTMS (MobileSign) app, which is now fully incorporated within the mobile app.

For clients who previously used SMS security codes, these will automatically be converted to the KTMS security method upon activation of the new mobile app for authorizing actions.

For clients who previously used KTMS (MobileSign) as their security method, there will no longer be a need for the separate MobileSign app, as it is now integrated within the mobile app.

If you also have authorizations for business accounts using the KTMS security method, after activating the new app as a private client, you will be able to authorize actions for business accounts through the same app.
