At ProCredit Bank 24/7 Zones and other locations, there is an Information Corner which can be used by clients around the clock. The machines in the Information Corner offer clients direct access to e-Banking, the bank’s official price list and the ProCredit Bank website, as well as instructional videos, which explain how to perform banking transactions in detail.
If clients have any questions or difficulties when performing transactions, 24/7 Zones are also equipped with a phone that can be used to contact the call centre.
