The month of cards in ProCredit Bank - 1 % ProBonus and a card free-of-charge

Pristina, 15 July 2006 – ProCredit Bank has announced June “Month of Cards”, by granting its clients with a debit card free-of-charge.

VISA Electron will be given free-of-charge to all the young and existing clients that still don’t have debit cards.

Same as the VISA Classic, VISA Electron is also recognized by all POS terminals, the 1,000 that exist in Kosovo and 900.000 throughout the world, which enables the cardholders to purchase what they need.

Both VISA cards issued by ProCredit Bank are equipped with the most advanced technology CHIP, which makes the cards safer and more advanced.

1% ProBonus belongs to all cardholders issued exclusively by our bank. The bonus is credited in the ProBonus account of every bank client and they can use this amount of funds through the ProBonus card in all stores that have the insignia “ProBonus Shopping Partners”.

With these opportunities ProCredit Bank helps raise the awareness of using bank cards, and at the same time assists the economic development and integration of the country. By issuing over 120.000 international cards, ProCredit Bank is contributing visibly to the efforts to downsize the use of cash in the Kosovar economy.

ProCredit Bank is the first bank in Kosovo that in May 2002 has issued transactions cards, which were initially offered as national debit cards. ProCredit Bank is also the first bank that installed ATMs and POS terminals in businesses throughout the country.

In 2003, ProCredit was the first to offer internationally-recognized credit cards, Master and Maestro. Last year an agreement was reached with VISA International to launch the internationally-acclaimed VISA cards.
