Prishtina, September 24, 2007 Starting from Monday if you visit one of the 70 ATMs of ProCredit Bank that are spread all over Kosova, in the screen you will see Vala E TOP UP, which is an innovative service in the Kosovar market.
This service has been enabled after the signing of the contract between PTK’s Managing Director Dr.Etrur Rrustemaj and ProCredit Bank’s Deputy CEO Ilir Aliu.
“Through this innovative service, our customers can credit their mobile phones at all times, non-stop, 24 hours a day. This is a step ahead towards a faster and more efficient service for our customers” stated PTK’s J.S.C Managing Director Dr.Etrur Rrustemaj.
This service is expected to be very favourable among the general public because of its advantages. The first advantage is that through this service Vala’s customers that are also ProCredit Bank’s clients can refill their mobile phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
“E Top Up is characterised as a service which enables ProCredit Bank’s clients to credit their mobile phones while using their bank cards. Therefore as a service it is very useful and innovative in Kosova’s market offering benefits for our clients 24/7” said Ilir Aliu, ProCredit Bank’s Deputy CEO.
So, starting from Monday Vala’s customers and ProCredit Bank’s clients don’t have to visit Vala’s sales points to refill the accounts of their mobile phone numbers.All you have to do is insert your bank card in the ATM and in the screen beside ProCredit Bank’s services you will see Vala E Top Up.
After you select this service you can send to your own number or someone else’s refills of 5, 10, 20 and 50 Euro. For the implementation of this service PTK J.S.C got the permit from the Agency of Public Procurement whereas ProCredit Bank from the Central Banking Authority.
According to PTK’s officials, VALA will continue to fulfil its customers’ needs by launching continuosly innovative services and by introducing equivalent discounts of prices. This way the mobile telephony business will be profitable for everyone.
