ProCredit Bank opens the first banking self-service corner in Prishtina

Prishtina, December 13, 2007 - ProCredit Bank the first and the most successful bank in Kosova, has inaugurated the first banking self-service in Prishtina. 

The self service corner of ProCredit Bank is a closed space which can be used 24 hours a day, seven days a week by all the clients who possess any of the ProCredit Bank’s cards.  Self Service Corner can also be used by clients from other banks which will enable them to withdraw money from the ATM machine.

“The inauguration of the banking self-service is another novelty introduced by ProCredit Bank and an additional opportunity for our clients to have the bank at their disposal 24 hours a day, seven days a week” – declared Florin Lila Deputy Chief Executive Officer in ProCredit Bank.

The self-service corner of ProCredit Bank offers to our clients at all time access to banking services such as: money transfers through eb@anking service, withdraw money, obtain their account statement and to contact ProCredit Bank’s Call Center by phone which is placed in the banking self-service space. 

Until now, ProCredit Bank has been operating with 46 branches in the territory of Kosova, with more than 2 000 POS terminals installed in shops, and with 72 ATMs set all over Kosova, so that our clients are provided with access to their money 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

It is worth mentioning that ProCredit Bank for the seventh time in a row has been declared as the best bank in Kosova for 2007 by the well-known magazine Finance Central Europe. Besides this ProCredit Bank has received the award as the best bank by asset strength for 2007, for the return of equity, and the General Manager of ProCredit Bank, Philip Sigwart has been awarded as the banker of 2007 in Kosova.
