ProCredit Bank, in cooperation with the National Museum, for the first time in the country, also inaugurated an exhibition of antique and byzantine coins from Kosovo. The 250 coins date from the 5th century BC to the 13th century AD. The Head of Archeological sector within the National Museum, Mr. Fatmir Peja, stated that this is the first time these coins will be available to public. Most of these coins were found in North Kosovo (in the old city of Ulpiana, Municipiju of Dardanurum in Slluqk village near Leposaviq, in Vendenis near Podujeva).  One of the most beautiful coins to be exposed is Emperor Prob’s medallion, a roman emperor but with Illyrian ancestor. The exhibition will be visible for one year in the premises of ProCredit Bank and will then move to the National Museum.
