ProCredit Bank offers a brand new service – SMS service

Prishtina, 14th March 2008 - ProCredit Bank offers a new opportunity for our clients. ProCredit Bank, the first and the most successful bank in Kosova offers a new brand service – SMS service.

SMS service enables our clients to have information regarding their transactions  the moment they are executed. With this service, ProCredit Bank wants to make it easier for its clients to do business with the bank by sending the information directly to their mobile phone.

“SMS service is another novelty offered by ProCredit Bank and it is designed to save our clients’ time by receiving messages in their mobile phones, clients will be informed about the flow of the transactions performed in their accounts” declared Florin Lila, Deputy CEO of ProCredit Bank.

The clients who apply for this service will receive a message when the salary is deposited in their accounts, when they withdraw money using the ATMs, when they make purchases in POS merchant network and when they receive national or international transfers. The information will be sent in their mobile phone when their account undergoes change in the amount of more than €50.

In order to qualify for this service you need to be a client of ProCredit Bank and posses a mobile phone number. All clients have to do is visit one of ProCredit Bank branches in order to fill an application form.

ProCredit Bank operates with 50 branches in the territory of Kosova, there are 2 000 POS Terminals installed (points of sale), whereas the number of ATMs is 80, in this way the clients are offered access to their money 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week.
