Prishtina, 2nd of May 2008 - Starting from Friday - May 2nd, IPKO mobile operator starts with it’s newest product IPKOMat, which enables our clients to refill their mobile phones anytime through ProCredit Bank ATM’s.
Comparing with other market proposals, IPKOMat is a very flexible service which enables clients to choose refilling amounts themselves. Using their bank cards, our clients will be able to refill their mobile phones accounts on the amounts they wish starting from 5 Euros to 100 Euros. In case they want, IPKO clients can also fill the accounts of their friends and relatives.
“Through IPKOMat service we are moving one step forward our vision of being as close to the client so he doesn’t spend much time to reach our services. We are also removing step by step any limitations at the market” said IPKO Executive Director Mr. Akan Isamaili.
IPKOMat service is a secure and fast service as well as it is very practical. In every ProCredit Bank ATM are set the instructions for use of this service, which makes the process of filling the accounts very simple.
IPKOMat, is a product of the teamwork between IPKO and ProCredit Bank. “IPKOMat service enables ProCredit Bank clients to refill their mobile phones through our ATM’s only by using their bank cards. Thus it is a very functional service and it enables our clients use this service 24 hours a day throughout the week in 84 ATM’s established everywhere in Kosova”, said Florin Lila, ProCredit Bank Deputy General Director.
ProCredit Bank is the first bank offering such a service. All the branches of ProCredit Bank – 50 in total, throughout Kosova are equipped with high European technologies and standards, including ATM’s and all the branches are open during the week.
