ProCredit Bank launches its new service“Cash-Back from POS Terminals”

Prishtina, June 2, 2009 - ProCredit Bank new product “Cash-Back from POS Terminals” enables clients to withdraw cash from merchants’ cash boxes or shops’ cash boxes any time they pay by cards for the goods or services. 

This service is especially designed for ProCredit Bank clients and the ProCredit Bank cardholders who pay by these cards. 

In order to enble ProCredit Bank clients to use this service, the only thing they need is they posess one of debit cards Maestro or Visa Electron so to make payments in all the locations it is exposed the sign “Cash-Back from POS Terminals”.    
This service helps ProCredit Bank clients to access their funds and save their time by not having to look for the closest ATM because the service “Cash-Back from POS Terminals” enables the clients to withdraw funds in the locations there is no ATM.      
The maximum amount that can be withdrawn by using the service “Cash-Back from POS Terminals” is 100 euros.

“Cash-Back from POS Terminals” is the latest service ProCredit Bank has launched for its clients with the aim of enabling its clients an easy acces to the products. This service is a continuation of our intention of offering new products and services in the banking sector” said Florin Lila, Deputy DEO at ProCredit Bank. 

Despite that, Visa Electron, Visa Classic, Master and Maestro are some of the cards issued by ProCredit Bank, internationally known cards, which enable ProCredit Bank clients an easy access to their funds anywhere in the world.  

Until now, ProCredit Bank has installed more than 2000 POS Terminals and more than 110 ATM machines allover Kosova, which enable our clients to make payments and have an access of 24 hrs/7 days in Kosova and abroad.  

Other services that our clients can benefit from by using their cards are Top-up services for Vala and Ipko clients in all the ATM machines in the territory of Kosova as well as SMS service, a service that enable ProCredit Bank clients to receive information on their banking transactions at the moment they take place,  a service that helps ProCredit Bank to be transparent regarding its services so to help clients by sending information directly on their mobile phones.
