Prishtina, July 1, 2010 - ProCredit Bank would like to inform you that it has published its annual report. The annual report contains the financial statements and a list of achievements and activities of ProCredit Bank during 2009.
The Annual Report 2009 will also be available for the general public on the banks web page under the section “About the Bank” or can be downloaded here.
“ProCredit Bank Kosovo continued to make an important contribution to sustainable economic development in 2009 by making credit available to its core target groups. The loan portfolio increased from EUR 441 million to EUR 473 million. Thanks to a highly responsible approach to lending, portfolio quality remained good. On the deposit side, a growing customer base confirmed the high level of public confidence in the bank” said Dr. Klaus Glaubitt the Chairman of the Board of the Directors.
Meanwhile Philip Sigwart Chief Executive Officer declared “In line with ProCredit Bank’s mission to provide excellent service, in 2009 many investments were made in modern banking technology to increase efficiency in the branches and offer a pleasant and convenient customer experience. Our excellent results proved once again that a development-oriented approach to banking can also be commercially successful”.
Furthermore, ProCredit Bank in 2009 has received the awards “Best bank in Kosovo” From “The Banker” and from “Finance Central Europe”.
