ProCredit Bank launches the information campaign “Learn More”

Prishtina, 28 September 2011 - ProCredit Bank has launched the “Learn More” campaign, which aims to provide clients with the information they need in order to make an informed decision on which banking product to choose.

Philip Sigwart, ProCredit Bank’s CEO: “It is absolutely crucial for the general public to have a basic understanding of banking services and products, so that they can make an educated decision when choosing a bank or a financial product, and this is especially important when it comes to loans.”

The education campaign is being supported by the Central Bank of Kosovo. “The Central Bank of Kosovo strongly supports every initiative that aims at improving citizens’ knowledge of banking services and products,” said Gani Gërguri, governor of the Central Bank. He added that “this will lead to greater efficiency, both for the banking system and for the clients themselves.”

ProCredit Bank hopes that the booklets it has published in connection with this campaign will serve clients as a useful guide to doing business with banks. They have been designed to help customers ask the right questions in order to find the product or service that is right for them.
