Pristina – As part of its ongoing support for local agricultural businesses, ProCredit Bank has rewarded the two best farmers of 2013 in the areas of agricultural production and processing, as well as for other achievements in agriculture.
Tabe Krasniqi, a dairy producer, and Alajdin Fusha, an agricultural -processor, both received prize money of EUR 1,500.
The event was made possible by the Ministry of Agriculture and was supported by the USAID programme “New Opportunities for Agriculture”.
Since 2002, ProCredit Bank has provided access to financing for farmers in Kosovo and remains the leading bank in terms of loans to agricultural producers.
ProCredit Bank will continue to support agricultural businesses, and is aware of the importance of the agricultural sector in the development of the economy and for its capacity to generate jobs.
