ProCredit Bank informs customers who have not used their bank accounts for long periods of time, which their agreements for their private bank accounts will be terminated.
Termination of agreement and closure of bank accounts is in compliance to General Terms and Conditions for private customers and according to the applicable laws.
This notice is made 45 days prior to the account closure, to allow enough time available for the respective customers to show up at any of the bank branches to withdraw the balance in cash from their accounts.
After the deadline mentioned above, accounts will be closed and in the case of savings accounts, the bank will not continue to calculate the interest.
Customers whose accounts will be closed, may withdraw the remaining balance in the account at any time, even after the deadline, from any of the ProCredit Bank branches.
