What are the loan conditions?

  • Minimum loan maturity: 48 months
  • Maximum loan maturity: 84 months
  • Maximum loan amount within the program: EUR 1,000,000
  • The portion of the project exceeding EUR 1,000,000 can be financed by the bank with a regular loan.

What are the criteria?

To qualify for financing under this project between the Bank and the EBRD, any investment in new equipment, new machinery, or the renovation or construction of business facilities is eligible, provided it meets the following criteria:

  • Improves compliance with one or more European Union directives in the areas of environmental protection, worker safety, or product quality and safety
  • Involves high-performance technologies, including:
  • Renewable energy
  • Energy efficiency
  • Building investments that meet specific performance criteria
  • Climate adaptation measures that optimize water use
