Account

Opening an account can be completed 100% online if you have a Kosovo identification document. You can apply to open an account through the following link: Open an account online

The documents required to open an account are:

• Kosovo ID card or passport

• Proof of residential address in Kosovo (electricity bill, water bill, property tax bill, birth extract, etc.), not older than 6 months.

If you do not have Kosovo identification documents, you can submit a request to open an account in person at one of ProCredit Bank’s branches.

If you wish to proceed with opening the account in person, you must bring the following documents with you:

• Valid foreign passport

• Proof of residential address in Kosovo (electricity bill, water bill, property tax bill, etc.), not older than 6 months.

Branch opening hours are every working day from 09:00–16:30.

Updating your personal information can be completed online through the e-Banking service or physically at your nearest branch.

To update your information online, log in to the desktop version of e-Banking through the bank’s website using the following link: ProCredit Bank e-Banking

  1. Select “User Profile” > “Personal Information”
  2. Update the information that has changed.
  3. Attach your identification document (valid ID card or passport).
  4. Agree to ProCredit Bank’s Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions.
  5. Click the Continue button.
  6. Authorize the request through the active security method, which confirms your personal information.
  7. For service at a branch, branch opening hours are every working day from 09:00-16:30.

Account activation can be completed directly online through the e-Banking service or by visiting the nearest ProCredit Bank branch.

To activate the account online, log in to the desktop version of e-Banking through the bank’s website using the following link: ProCredit Bank e-Banking

  • “Mailbox” > “Apply for services”
  • Select the category: Activation of an account with inactive status
  • Enter the title and description of the request.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions of the service.
  • Click the Continue button.
  • Authorize the request through the active security method, which confirms the request.

Activation can also be completed through the mobile application:

  1. After logging in, tap the bell icon located in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap the button with the plus (+) sign.
  3. Select the topic: Activation of an account with inactive status
  4. Enter the title and description of the request.
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions of the service.
  6. Tap the Send button.

For service at a branch, branch opening hours are every working day from 09:00-16:30.

A bank document showing account transactions can be generated directly online through the e-Banking service or obtained physically at one of ProCredit Bank’s branches.

In the desktop version, you can do this through the following link: Log in to ProCredit Bank e-Banking

You can generate the document Account Transactions (Account Statement) through the menu: Account Overview.

In the mobile application, go to “Services” > “Reports & Documents”, select “New Report” and “Account Statement”.

You can generate the document for the date when the payment was reflected, and it will be available in PDF format with the bank’s electronic seal.

If you do not have access to e-Banking, you can visit the nearest ProCredit Bank branch to obtain the document and activate the e-Banking service.

You can generate the document PCBK Customer Confirmation (Bank Confirmation) through the “User Profile” menu.

In the mobile application, go to “Services” > “Reports & Documents”, select “New Report” and “Account confirmation”.

The generated documents contain the bank’s electronic seal.

If you do not have access to e-Banking, you can visit the nearest ProCredit Bank branch to obtain the document and activate the e-Banking service.

Savings

You can open a savings account directly online through the e-Banking service or by visiting the nearest ProCredit Bank branch.

To complete the service online, log in to the desktop version of e-Banking through the bank’s website using the following link: ProCredit Bank e-Banking

  • “Mailbox” > “Apply for services”
  • Select the category: Apply for a FlexSave savings account
  • Enter the title and description of the request.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions of the service.
  • Click the Continue button.
  • Authorize the request through the active security method, which confirms the request.

The service can also be completed through the mobile application:

  1. After logging in, tap the bell icon located in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap the button with the plus (+) sign.
  3. Select the topic: Apply for a FlexSave savings account
  4. Enter the title and description of the request.
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions of the service.
  6. Tap the Send button.

You can open a children’s savings account directly online through the e-Banking service or by visiting the nearest ProCredit Bank branch.

To complete the service online, log in to the desktop version of e-Banking through the bank’s website using the following link: ProCredit Bank e-Banking

  • “Mailbox” > “Apply for services”
  • Select the category: Apply for a Flex Save savings account for children
  • Enter the title and description of the request and attach a birth certificate (not older than 6 months) or passport, as well as proof of residential address in Kosovo (electricity bill, water bill, property tax bill, birth extract, etc.), not older than 6 months.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions of the service.
  • Click the Continue button.
  • Authorize the request through the active security method, which confirms the request.

E-Banking

You can activate the e-Banking service by visiting one of ProCredit Bank’s branches.

Branch opening hours are every working day from 09:00-16:30.

Logging in to e-Banking for the first time is done through the ProCredit Kosova mobile application, which you can download from the App Store/Play Store. Then, use the information provided by the bank when opening your account:

Username – you received this information together with the physical documents when opening your account at a branch or in the confirmation email from the bank for account activation if the account was opened 100% online.

Password – you received this information via SMS on your phone number.

After entering your username and password, you will receive an SMS with a security code on your phone number. After entering the code, the application will ask you to change the one-time password you received from the bank and then set the application PIN.

You can choose the PIN code yourself.

After successfully setting the application PIN, you will be given the option to enable or skip biometric authentication as the next step.

Whenever you want to log in to the e-Banking service or make transactions through e-Banking, you must approve the login or transaction using your PIN or biometric authentication in the mobile application.

The e-Banking username is automatically blocked when there are login attempts with incorrect credentials.

Successfully resetting the password will also unblock the profile. If you have the correct login credentials and only need to unblock your profile, you can contact us directly at 038/049-555-555 for assistance.

Reset instructions:

After opening the initial screen of the application, tap the “Forgot your password?” option.

  1. Enter your username and personal number.
  2. Then enter the security code that you will receive by SMS on the phone number registered with the bank.
  3. After successful verification, you will be able to set a new password according to the required criteria.

Below you can also find the sequence of steps through the application screens.

 

Please make sure that you enter your username exactly as stated in your e-Banking contract, otherwise you will not receive the SMS. Also, make sure that the phone number registered with the bank is active and able to receive SMS messages.

If you do not have access to the phone number registered with the bank or do not know your username, the system will not allow you to continue. In this case, you need to visit a branch to reset your password and update/register your information.

If you have forgotten the PIN used to access the m-Banking application and log in to your e-Banking service, you can reset it directly in the application.

After opening the application, tap the “Forgot PIN?” option.

  1. Enter:
    • Personal number
    • Last 4 digits of the card
    • Phone number
  2. Then enter the security code that you will receive by SMS on the phone number registered with the bank.
  3. After successful verification, you will be able to set a new PIN.

After successfully setting the application PIN, you will be given the option to enable or skip biometric authentication as the next step.

If you have deleted the application or changed your mobile device and no longer have access to the app, after downloading the “ProCredit Kosova” mobile application from the App Store/Play Store, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your username and password and log in.
  2. On the next page, “Confirm application notification”, tap the “Set” button.
  3. Enter the required information:
    • Phone number (including prefix)
    • Personal number
    • Date of birth
  4. Tap the “Confirm” button. You will then receive an SMS with a security code on your phone number. After entering the code, the application will ask you to set the application PIN. You can choose the PIN code yourself.

Whenever you want to log in to the e-Banking service or make transactions through e-Banking, you must approve the login or transaction using your PIN or biometric authentication in the mobile application.

Card

You can apply for a card online through e-Banking (desktop version) or through the bank’s new ProCredit Kosova application.

Below you can find the instructions for applying through the desktop version:

  1. First, log in to e-Banking through the following link: Log in to ProCredit Bank e-Banking
  2. After logging in, go to the menu Mailbox > Apply for services.
  3. Select the category Apply for a debit card.
  4. In the title field, enter Card application.
  5. In the text field, you can write the reason for applying for a new card.
  6. Accept the Terms and Conditions of the service.
  7. Click the Confirm button.

In the mobile application:

  1. After logging in, tap the bell icon located in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap the button with the plus (+) sign.
  3. Select the topic Apply for a debit card.
  4. In the title field, enter Card application.
  5. In the text field, you can write the reason for applying for a new card.
  6. Accept the Terms and Conditions of the service.
  7. Tap the Send button.

If you do not have access to the e-Banking service, please visit the nearest branch.

To block or unblock your card, please follow the steps below through the ProCredit Bank Kosova application:

  1. Open the ProCredit Bank Kosova application.
  2. Select the “Cards and Accounts” menu.
  3. Tap “Cards”.
  4. Select the card you want to block/unblock.
  5. Tap the “Block” or “Unblock” option.

This service can also be completed through the Contact Center by calling: 038/049-555-555.

You can activate the digital card in the ProCredit Kosova mobile application under Cards & Accounts > Cards, by tapping on the image of your card.

  1. Open the ProCredit Bank Kosova application.
  2. Select the “Cards and Accounts” menu.
  3. Tap “Cards”.
  4. Select the image of your card.
  5. Tap the “Change PIN” option.

After setting the PIN code, you can use the card for online payments or physical payments after adding it to the Digital Wallet.

There are two options for activating the physical card after you have received it by post:

  1. Via SMS

You need to send an SMS from the phone number registered with the bank. The SMS should be sent to 50334.

The SMS content should contain the last 4 digits of the card, without any additional text.

  1. Through the m-Banking mobile application

After receiving your new card by post, it will appear greyed out in the application. To activate it, click the “Activate physical card” button and enter the unique code that you received in the envelope together with the card.

The physical card activation flow in the application is as follows:

To add your card to the Digital Wallet, please follow the steps below through the ProCredit Bank Kosova application:

  1. Open the ProCredit Bank Kosova application.
  2. Select the “Cards and Accounts” menu.
  3. Tap “Cards”.
  4. Select the card you want to add to the Wallet.
  5. Tap the “Change/Set PIN” option.
  6. After this step, tap “Add to Digital Wallet”.

Some of your card limits can be modified directly through the “ProCredit Kosova” mobile application.

After logging in to the application, go to “Cards & Accounts”, tap “Cards”, and select the image of your card.

Then, find the “Manage card limits” menu and select the type of limit you would like to modify.

Transfer

The information required to receive funds from abroad for beneficiaries at ProCredit Bank Kosovo is as follows:

  • IBAN: XK05 + your account number (starts with 11...)
  • Bank name: ProCredit Bank Kosovo
  • SWIFT (BIC) Code: MBKOXKPRXXX
  • Bank address: Rr. Xhorxh Bush, No. 26, 10.000, Prishtina

You can download the personalized document through your e-Banking service, desktop version, under the menu: User Profile > Receiving money from abroad.

A transfer to domestic accounts can be made directly online through the e-Banking platform.

A domestic transfer can be made through:

  • Mobile application:
    • Log in to the ProCredit Kosova mobile application.
    • Go to the menu Transfers > Domestic.
    • Enter the transfer details and confirm the transfer directly in the mobile application.
  • Desktop version (website):
    • Log in to the desktop version of e-Banking through the following link: Log in to ProCredit Bank e-Banking
    • Go to the menu Transfers > Domestic.
    • Enter the transfer details and confirm the transfer through the mobile application.

If you do not have the e-Banking service, you can activate the service at one of the bank’s branches or initiate the transfer directly from a branch.

A transfer to international accounts can be made directly online through the e-Banking platform.

An international transfer can be made through:

  • Desktop version (website):
    • Log in to the desktop version of e-Banking through the following link: Log in to ProCredit Bank e-Banking
    • Go to the menu Transfers > International.
    • Enter the transfer details and confirm the transfer through the mobile application/active security method.

If you do not have the e-Banking service, you can activate the service at one of the bank’s branches or initiate the transfer directly from a branch.
