Consent for credit checks in the Credit Registry of Kosovo according to the applicable legal requirements
I agree that ProCredit Bank SH.A. shall have unlimited access to my personal and business credit exposures data in the Credit Registry of Kosovo in order to conduct preliminary funding analysis, assessment of creditworthiness and credit risk related to the types of financing for which the business and/or I have undertaken legal obligation to guarantee either as a borrower, co-borrower, or as a guarantor.  Furthermore, I agree that ProCredit Bank SH.A shall collect and submit credit information to the Credit Registry of Kosovo.  This consent shall be valid during the period while the legal obligations related to the credit exposures remain open in ProCredit Bank SH.A., including cases of restructuring
